At RIML, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
